Spirit Bird Yoga Camps in Seignosse offers the perfect blend of surf and yoga for those looking to recharge. Arrive on Sunday afternoon, settle into a cozy bell tent, and join the welcome aperitif at sunset. Each day from Monday to Friday begins with varied yoga sessions—Yin, Vinyasa, and Hatha—before you enjoy a hearty breakfast. Afternoons are yours to explore: hit the beach, bike around, or relax in the camp. You can choose to surf or take more yoga classes, creating a balance that fits your vibe. On Saturday, after breakfast, it’s time to pack your bags and reflect on a week well spent. This camp promises a relaxed atmosphere filled with camaraderie and nature’s beauty.

The program
The retreat kicks off on Sunday at 15:00 with arrivals, followed by a welcome drink at 19:00. From Monday to Friday, enjoy morning yoga sessions, with afternoons free for beach trips, bike rides, or relaxation. You can choose to surf or engage in more yoga classes to suit your preferences. Saturdays are for breakfast and departure before noon.
Accommodation
Stay in comfortable bell tents that accommodate 2 or 3 people. Each tent features a mattress and pillow, providing a cozy retreat after a day of activities.
